The text, images, code and design elements of this site belong to the operator and may not be reproduced without written consent. The work shown in the portfolio belongs to the respective clients and appears here for reference.
Engaging our services
Work begins with a written quote and a contract signed by both parties, setting out the scope, deadlines, price and payment terms. Changes to what was agreed are raised and accepted in writing before they are carried out.
Industry exclusivity
For the duration of an engagement we do not provide similar services to a client's direct competitor, meaning a business in the same field of activity and the same locality. The exact terms are set out in the contract.
Rights in the work
Once payment is made in full, the rights to use the delivered work pass to the client. The domain is registered in the client's name and the client may move the work elsewhere at any time without the provider's prior consent.
Complaints and dispute resolution
You can send any complaint to bakoenterprisessrl@gmail.com or +40 746 578 041; we reply within 30 calendar days at the latest. If you are a consumer and we do not reach an agreement, you may turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), including its alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedure, available at anpc.ro.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will first be addressed amicably and, failing that, by the competent courts at the provider's registered office.
