How we work
Every stage ends with your approval. We do not move on until you say it is right.
The first conversation
Twenty minutes, by phone or in person. We find out what you sell, to whom, and what is not working now. This is also when we check whether the slot in your industry is free.
The written proposal
You receive in writing what we will build, in how many languages, by when and for how much. One price, with no lines appearing later on the invoice.
Structure and copy
We agree which pages exist and what each one says. We write the copy, separately for every language, and you approve it before any design work.
Design
You see how the site will look before it is coded. We revise until you are happy — at this stage changes only cost drawing time.
Development
We write the code, prepare the images and test on phone, tablet and desktop. You get a preview address where you can follow progress daily.
Launch and afterwards
We put the site live, connect it to Google and show you how to use it. For thirty days we fix anything that is not as agreed, free of charge.
One point of contact
You are not talking to a ticket system and not explaining who you are from scratch every time.
A firm deadline
The delivery date goes into the contract. If we miss it through our own fault, the price goes down.
A fixed price
What we agree at the start is what you pay at the end. Anything outside the agreement is raised with you before it is done, not after.
Exclusivity
For as long as we work together we will not take on a client in the same industry and the same city.
Twenty minutes and you will know exactly what can be done, how long it takes and what it costs.
